Once in one of my real estate ads I wrote "large deck for entertaining"....and the paper wrote "large dick for entertaining" - I don't think I have ever got so many phone calls from girls saying "I'll take it" lol
That's actually an odd misspelling since the second syllable is pronounced with an "a" sound. Maybe they started to go for the short form "tourney" and then realized they had room to spell it out and forgot to change the e to an a. Or maybe not. ;-)

Ha. I have a whole collection of signs like this. They make me giggle.
Perhaps they'd run out of 'a's.

... not only a spelling bee, but also a spelling "me" - as I don't understand the message! Nonetheless I do like your sign pictures!
