BARNS

Today and the next couple of days will feature barns.
The six wild turkeys in the foreground were part of a group of maybe sixty trotting across the field.

It is a shame so many old style barns are disappearing from the country. This is a very nice example.

Looks cold - they should be IN the barn, for warmth. :-)

How lucky to get this w/ the turkey in the foreground! I love the perspective, that is one huge barn!

Is it still in use? It looks neglected, but then I can imagine the cost in painting a huge barn. It's always fun to have the unexpected wildlife show up for the photo-op.

Seen better days, that's for sure

What a great old barn. I love the bits of snow still on the roof.

I wonder too what's inside. I'm loving your barn series (and going back in time through it)
