MOUTH WATERING

Goetta, a.k.a. Cincinnati Caviar, is a mouth watering delight to some people. I'm not a fan but I often steer guests toward trying it if they want a local flavor.  It's a close relative to Scrapple. Ground pork, seasonings and pin oats, sliced and pan fried.

I'll put it on my things-to-do/eat in Ohio list. I like those local foods. I'm glad you gave us a heads-up about it.

I have friends who are pork/scrapple fanatics. I'll have to tell them about this.
